ANNUAL MEETING Welch Township

Notice of Township Election

To the voters in Welch Township: The annual meeting and township

election will be held March 12, 2013 in the Welch Town Hall. Absentee

ballots may be obtained by appointment from the Clerk beginning

February 8. The polls for the election will be open from 5:00 PM to 8:00

PM. We will elect one Supervisor and the Treasurer. Following the

election will be the Board of Canvass and Annual Meeting. In addition, the

Clerk will hold office hours in his home from 10:00 AM - 12:00 noon on

March 9 for the purpose of absentee voting. In case of bad weather, the

election and annual meeting will be held at the same times on March 19,

2013.
