PUBLIC NOTICE

The Goodhue County Planning Advisory Commission will meet on Monday, March 18, 2013 at 7:00 p.m. in the Goodhue County Justice Center, Jury Assembly Room, located at 454 West Sixth Street in Red Wing, Minnesota.

Official Map #2: Affecting Parcels: 723750030; 727000631; 380251200; 727000670; 723750040, 727500030; 380260700, located in Part of Facs Subdivision, Part of SW ¼ of NW 1/4, and Part of SE ¼, of NW ¼ and Part of NW ¼ of SW ¼ all in Section 25 T110N R16W, also part of NE ¼ of SE ¼ Section 26 T110N R16W, Minneola Township. The request is for Official Map #2. Official mapping allows for the identification of land that may be needed for future public road right of way.

Dakota County Wetland Replacement Conditional Use Permit: Parcel 410140200; 410133400; 410134100; 410133400, located in Part of S ½ of NE ¼ Section 14, and Part of NW ¼, Section 13; all in T112N R18W, Stanton Township. The request is for a conditional use permit to replace .97 acres of wetland with 1.94 acres of wetland banking due to expansion of the spillway for the Lake Byllesby Dam.

Preliminary Plat: Little Cannon River Woodlands, Greater SW Holdings: Parcels: 410135000; 410240100; 410240600; 410240800: Part of SE ¼ of SE1/4 Section 13 T112N R 18W, and Part of NE ¼ of Section 24 T112N R18W, Stanton Township. The request is for a preliminary plat of 12 building lots and several outlots in the A-3, Urban Fringe District.
