Clara Laurel Rortvedt, a girl, was born Wednesday February 20 to Laurel Dicke and Bradley Rortvedt of Red Wing at Mayo Clinic Health System in Red Wing. Clara joins Anika at home. Grandparents are Jim and Sue Dicke of Red Wing and Steve and Cheryl Rortvedt of Plymouth, Wis.
