'Moving Out of Hiding' begins Tuesday
Women are invited to participate in “Moving Out of Hiding, Beyond Hurting and Into Healing,” a 10-week study program that meets Tuesday evenings starting March 5 at New River Assembly of God, 240 Spates Ave. Study will run 7 to 9 p.m.
Women are invited to participate in “Moving Out of Hiding, Beyond Hurting and Into Healing,” a 10-week study program that meets Tuesday evenings starting March 5 at New River Assembly of God, 240 Spates Ave. Study will run 7 to 9 p.m.
Women are welcome to come for single sessions, organizers said, although they recommend people attend all 10 weeks. Biblical-based programs will cover such issues as shame, rejection, struggles, destiny and discovering your gifts.
Mary Reuter is the site facilitator. She will use use instruction, DVDs, testimonies and small-group interaction in a confidential atmosphere. The Rev. JoAnne Crosby founded the Hiding, Hurting and Healing Ministr that has worked with issues relating to abuse, chemical dependency and anger for more than 40 years.
