5.Approved to make the confidential legal opinion public information. (Motion carried 5-0)

6.Approved to 2012-2013 AFSCME Employee Union Contract. (Motion carried 5-0)

7.Approved the 2013 Out of State Travel Requests. (Motion carried 5-0)

8.Approved the 2012 Budget Carryover Requests. (Motion carried 5-0)
