Randall DuWayne Strom, a boy, was born on Thursday Feb. 7 to Heather and Scott Strom of Red Wing at Mayo Clinic Health System Red Wing. Randall joins Chloe, Zander and Zavier at home. Grandparents are Roxie Severson, Todd Strom, Richard and Peggy Wyss and Maracia and Ted Hensley.
