Winona Cotter outlasted Cannon Falls Friday night with a 61-53 victory in double overtime.

The Ramblers had three players score in double figures and held the Bombers to less than 32 percent shooting in the win.

Cannon Falls (14-10) fell behind by double digits in the second half but recovered to send the game into overtime at 41-41. In the first overtime, Cotter led 50-47 before fouling Brock Peterson on a 3-pointer with .4 seconds remaining. Peterson knocked down all three free throws and the Ramblers threw the ball away on the ensuing possession, giving the Bombers the ball underneath its basket. Cannon Falls ran an inbounds tip play to Tanner Jackson but it missed off the rim.

Cotter scored on its first two possessions of the second overtime and made its free throws to secure the victory.

Peterson led Cannon Falls with 20 points, Austin Noble had eight points and six rebounds and Noah Callister provided six points and nine rebounds.

The Bombers play on the road Tuesday against La Crescent.
