Girls Basketball: K-W trio too much for Cannon Falls

Led by a trio of double-digit scorers, Kenyon-Wanamingo came away with a 67-35 Hiawatha Valley League Blue Division home victory over Cannon Falls Tuesday in Kenyon.

Katie Noble paced the Bombers (1-22, 0-12 HVL Blue) with nine points, while Maggie Rutter added seven in the loss. Callie Loeschke grabbed eight rebounds, and Anna Rapp came up with three steals.

The Knights’ Brittney Flom and Audra Clark finished with 16 points apiece, and Siri Sviggum added 13 in the victory.

Cannon Falls closes out the regular season Thursday, hosting Plainview-Elgin-Millville in a Section 1AA matchup.
