Cannon Falls head coach Josh Davisson was happy with the Bombers’ squad that showed up Saturday at home against Blue Earth Area.
Facing the Buccaneers after losing Friday night, Cannon Falls came out with a hot shooting touch in Saturday’s 75-53 victory.
“I’d like to see a more consistent level from them every night but I’ll take this team,” Davisson said. “We played pretty well.”
The Bombers (13-9) shot 31-for-56 from the field and 7 of 14 from beyond the 3-point line. Jordan Lundell led all scorers with 20 points for Cannon Falls and Brock Peterson contributed 18 points. Both players dished out four assists. Austin Noble had 15 points and seven rebounds while Tanner Jackson scored 10 points in the win.
