Debbie and Randy Cook of Waterville, Me., announce the engagement of their daughter Chelsey to Jeff Fagerlund. He is the son of Marge Fagerlund and the late Robb Fagerlund of Red Wing.
Chelsey graduated from the Gustavus Adolphus College in St. Peter, Minn., with a degree in elementary education. She lives in Bloomington, Minn., and teaches third grade in the Medford School District.
Jeff graduated from Minnesota State University, Mankato, with a degree in microbiology. He lives in Burnsville, Minn., and works at Camas Inc.
A July wedding in Edina is planned.
