Family night
Saturday Feb. 9 is the next YMCA family ski/snowboard night at Welch Village. Families may ski or snowboard from 4 to 10 p.m. Lift tickets are $23. For $39 per person, families will receive rental equipment, lift ticket and a lesson at 5 p.m. Register at the Y, pay at Welch Village.
Field Trips
The Y will offer two field trips during February for kids in kindergarten-fifth grade. The dates are Mondays Feb. 18 and 25 and trips run from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. and are open to all children in the community. Registration and payment are required. The cost is $30 per child, $20 for Y members.
Intro to kayaking
The Y and the ELC staff are offering an introducation to kayaking Thursday nights in February.The class will be in the lap pool from 7:15 to 9:15 p.m. The cost is $15 per person, $7 for Y members.
