Is anyone else concerned that the mayor of Red Wing, who is purportedly in office to watch out for the health and safety of his constituents, is acting as the chief lobbyist for the frac sand industry in Minnesota?By: Fred Harding, The Republican Eagle
To the Editor:
Is anyone else concerned that the mayor of Red Wing, who is purportedly in office to watch out for the health and safety of his constituents, is acting as the chief lobbyist for the frac sand industry in Minnesota?
According to an article published in Politics in Minnesota on Feb. 1, Mr. Egan is now the executive director of the Minnesota Industrial Sand Council.
It would appear like the Fox is guarding the Hen House.
