Public Hearing regarding a new proposed Hay Creek Township Zoning Ordinance at the Regularly Scheduled Hay Creek Township Planning Commission meeting on February 13, 2013 at 7:00 PM at the Hay Creek Township Hall.

The proposed ordinance includes, but is not limited to: noncommercial mining, commercial mining operations, large-scale commercial mining, mineral processing, building permits and certain other restrictions and requirements.
