Ordinance No. 40, Fourth Series

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 13, FOURTH SERIES, WHICH GRANTED A CABLE COMMUNICATIONS FRANCHISE TO MARCUS CABLE PARTNERS, L.P.; CORRECTING THE NAME OF THE GRANTEE FROM MARCUS CABLE PARTNERS, L.P. TO CHARTER CABLE PARTNERS, LCC.

THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RED WING HEREBY ORDAINS:

SECTION 1. Short Title. This Ordinance Amendment shall be known and cited as “Ordinance Amendment #1 to Charter Cable Franchise.”

SECTION 2. Ordinance No. 13, Fourth Series (the “Charter Cable Franchise”) is hereby amended as follows:

Strike “Marcus Cable Partners, L.P.” throughout and insert “Charter Cable Partners, LLC” .

SECTION 3. Except as expressly set forth herein, all terms and conditions of the Charter Cable Franchise shall remain the same.

SECTION 4: Effective Date. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect 14 days after its adoption and publication in accordance with the City Charter.
