The Red Wing gymnastics team finished with a season-high score of 122.7 Tuesday night in Farmington.
The Tigers won the meet with a 133.825.
“This was a good meet for us,” Wingers head coach Megan Latch said. “We got our season high score and several of the girls received personal best scores, too.”
Molly Hart took second place in the all-around competition with a 30.325 for Red Wing, and Carlie Sandstrom was third with a score of 30.2. Sandstrom was also fourth on the balance beam with an 8.15. Morgan Hughes was second on the balance beam with a score of 8.85 for the Wingers, and Irina Anderson came in second on the vault with an 8.85 and scored a 7.8 on the uneven bars for fourth place.
Farmington’s Tahra Eckert won the all-around competition with a score of 34.175, placing first on the vault and balance beam. Kiana Lord took first on the uneven bars and the floor exercise for the Tigers.
Red Wing competes again Saturday at River Falls.
