Mayo offers healthy eating class
“Mindful Eating for Greater Pleasure, Energy and Health” is an eight-week class for people who wish to experience the physical and emotional benefits of slowing down through the practices of yoga and mindful eating.

The class will be held from 5:30 to 7 p.m. Thursdays starting Jan. 31 at the Cardinal Building, 427 W. Third St. Cost is $99 for the classes and $10 for the textbook, “The Slow Down Diet.”
