The initial comment period for New Era Wind’s avian and bat protection plan will close at 4:30 p.m. Jan. 14.
Comments can be submitted to Burl Haar, Executive Secretary, Minnesota Public Utilities Commission, 121 Seventh Place E., Suite 350, St. Paul, MN 55101-2147, or emailed to PublicComments.PUC@state.mn.us.
While the initial comment period closes Jan. 14, the reply comment period doesn’t close until 4:30 p.m. Jan. 28.
