Natalie Rose Ruiz-NeSmith, a girl, was born Monday Dec. 24 to Ricky and Liz NeSmith of Red Wing at Mayo Clinic Health System in Lake City. Grandparents are Alfonso Ruiz, Calif., Cheryl Lund of N.Y., Stan and Donna of Jenkins, Ga., and Richard NeSmith of Australia.
