Boys Basketball: Goodhue wins big at tournament

Goodhue finished off its dominant performance at the Warrior Club Holiday Basketball Tournament Saturday with a 61-38 victory over Hope Lutheran at Winona State University.

Tyson Dicke led the Wildcats (4-5, 0-2 HVL Blue) with 19 points and six rebounds. Zach Hinsch and Riley Bollum each added 11 points and five rebounds while Alex Thomforde had four assists in the victory. Goodhue had 14 offensive rebounds.

Hope Lutheran was led by Jason Klug with 18 points and seven rebounds and Andrew Fratzke finished with 13 points, four rebounds and an assist. Hope Lutheran shot just 32 percent from the field and made 10 of 18 free throws.

The Wildcats face Cannon Falls Friday on the road.
