The Cannon Falls’ girls basketball team dropped to 0-11 on the season after a 64-51 loss to Henry Sibley Friday at the Bethlehem Academy tournament in Faribault.

The Bombers were able to keep it close all game, but the team struggled to put up points in key situations, shooting 29 percent from the field and converting 57 percent (20 of 35) from the free-throw line.

Courtney Woodcock led Cannon Falls with 14 points and 10 rebounds despite playing just 15 minutes due to foul trouble. Tayler Banitt and Anna Rapp each added nine points.

The Warriors’ Kaitlyn McKay led all players with 31 points.

The Bombers resume Hiawatha Valley League play on Jan. 3 at No. 2-ranked (1A) Goodhue.
