Marjorie Lorraine Jagusch, 90, of Red Wing, died on Saturday, Dec. 22, at St. Brigid's at Hi-Park.

Marjorie Lorraine Jagusch, 90, of Red Wing, died on Saturday, Dec. 22, at St. Brigid's at Hi-Park.

She was born on Aug. 14, 1922, in Red Wing, to Reuben and Laura (Anderson) Peterson. She graduated from Ellsworth High School in 1940. On June 5, 1948, she married James Jagusch at First Lutheran Church in Red Wing. They made their home in Red Wing where Marjorie worked at Comstock's Greenhouse and at JCPenney where she worked as a sales woman for 15 years until her retirement in 1980. In 1981, they moved to Luck, Wis. They later moved back to Red Wing. They enjoyed spending winters in Mission, Texas. James died on April 2, 2008.

Marjorie was a member of First Lutheran Church, Women's Circle, and 60 + Club. She enjoyed traveling, quilting at church, and fishing.

Marjorie is survived by her daughter, Julie Jagusch of Coon Rapids, Minn.; son Tim (Judi) Jagusch of Ketchikan, Alaska; four grandchildren; three great grandchildren; daughter-in-law Suzy Jagusch; and brother Marlin (Til) Peterson of Ellsworth.

Marjorie was preceded in death by her husband, James Jagusch; son Bradley Jagusch; parents; brother Ken Peterson; and sister, Dorothy Dahl.

Funeral service will be at 11 a.m. Monday, Dec. 31, at First Lutheran Church with Reverend Brian Scott officiating. Burial will be at Oakwood Cemetery. Visitation will be 1 hour prior to the service. Memorials are preferred to Alzheimer's Association or First Lutheran Church.
