Boys Basketball: Cotter catches Lake City
Kerrigan hits game-winning shot for the Ramblers in 53-51 win over the Tigers on Tuesday
Leading 46-37 midway through the second half, Lake City could not hold off a 13-0 Winona Cotter run as the Ramblers came away with a 53-51 victory Tuesday in Winona.
Kyle Kerrigan, who finished with 10 points and 11 rebounds, hit the game-winning shot for Cotter with 20 seconds left in the contest. Three other players had nine points for the Ramblers.
Jake Griebenow led the Tigers with 21 points, including five 3-pointers, and six rebounds. Ben Schramski added 17 points and four steals, and Reid Lundell finished with 11 points in the Lake City loss.
