Seminar to feature year-end tax tips

The Dec. 19 Lunch & Learn seminar will be “Year-end Tax Tips.” Michael J. Malugani, a certified public accountant from Smith, Schafer and Associates, will lead the noon session at Red Wing Area Chamber of Commerce.
