Candlelight vigil to be held Monday

A candlelight vigil is scheduled from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. Monday Dec. 10 at John Rich Park for International Human Rights Day.

Vigils will be held around the world on that day to help call for an end to the war in Afghanistan. Candles will be provided.
