PUBLIC NOTICE
The Goodhue County Board of Adjustment will meet on Monday, December 17, 2012, at 6:30 p.m. in the Goodhue County Justice Center, Jury Assembly Room, located at 454 West Sixth Street in Red Wing, Minnesota.
Public hearing items on the agenda are:
Jerome Halvorson – Pt of Government Lot 2, Section 18, T112N R17W, City of Cannon Falls. The request is a variance to allow a holding tank instead of a traditional on-site sewage treatment system for a dwelling.
Aaron Voss –Pt of N ½ of NE ¼ Section 25, T109N R17W, Cherry Grove Township. The request is a variance to build an arena less than the required 30’ from the North property line and a variance to build the arena closer than the required 60’ from the creek.
