Skating lessons

Skating lessons will be offered at Bergwall Arena Monday nights starting Jan. 7. The class is held from 6:15 to 7:15 p.m., with lessons for figure skaters and beginning hockey players. Each skater gets 30 minutes of group lesson and 30 minutes of practice ice. Cost is $104 for eight weeks. A competitive team class for advanced skaters will be held from 7:15 to 8:15 p.m.

Ski Club

This is the last week to sign up for Ski Club. The club is open to youths in grades 5-12. It runs Dec. 13 through Feb. 21. Skiers will depart by bus from Twin Bluff Middle School lower parking lot at 3:15 p.m. and return at 7:15 p.m. Thursdays. They must provide their own equipment, lift ticket, helmet and money for snacks. Cost for the program is $90.

Skating mini session

A mini session of the skating program will be offered from 6:15 to 7:15 p.m. Monday evenings starting Dec. 3 at Bergwall Arena. The three-week program will incorporate fun activities and skating skills. Cost is $39 and all levels of skaters are welcome to attend.
