The Goodhue County Planning Advisory Commission will meet on Monday, December 10, 2012 at 7:00 p.m. in the Goodhue County Justice Center, Jury Assembly Room, located at 454 West Sixth Street in Red Wing, Minnesota.
Leigh Nelson (Welch Village Ski Area Inc.) for a Zoning District Change on property located at: T113N, R16W, Part of SE ¼ of SW ¼ , Section 27, Vasa Township. The application, if approved, would authorize: a Zoning District Change – for parcel number 42.127.0080 within A-2 Agriculture Zone District to become C-R Commercial Recreation District in Section 27 of Vasa Township.
