Four injured in Highway 52 crash
Four people were injured in a four-vehicle crash Saturday morning on Highway 52, the Minnesota State Patrol reported.

Kelly Kothenbeutel, 22, Zumbrota, was driving northbound on Highway 52 when she hit a deer in the left lane. A vehicle driven by Matthew Faust, 51, of Red Wing, rearended Kothenbeutel. A third vehicle driven by Linda Mullin, 62, Apple Valley, slowed to avoid the crash but was struck from behind by Robert Kosnopf, 66, of Rochester, according to the report.
Kosnopfal, passenger Ry Kosnopfal, 62, also of Rochester, and Faust were taken to St. Marys in Rochester with non-life-threatening injuries.
Kothenbeutel suffered minor injuries, and Mullin was not injured.
Zumbrota Ambulance, Goodhue County Sheriff’s Office and Pine Island Fire Department assisted at the scene.
