Project Community Connect will be held Tuesday

The Goodhue County Homeless Response Team will hold its fifth annual event from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Tuesday Nov. 13 at the Church of St. Joseph, 426 Eighth St.

The event, called Project Community Connect, is for people who are struggling to make ends meet or who are facing homelessness. They will be able to attend and pick up a bag of hygiene products, cleaning supplies and non-perishable food items at the “grocery table.”

Anyone wishing to donate items to the project can drop them off at Connecting Connection, 1923 Bush St., today or at the church on Monday. Donations also will be accepted at the church before 10 a.m. Tuesday.
