Otto named new education director
Betsy Otto is the new Christian education director at St. Ansgar’s Lutheran Church, Cannon Falls.
Betsy Otto is the new Christian education director at St. Ansgar’s Lutheran Church, Cannon Falls.
She attends the University of Wisconsin-River Falls where she is pursuing a degree in the medical field.
