Red Wing 2020 forum will discuss frac sand

Red Wing 2020’s next community forum will focus on the topic of frac sand. The event will be 6 p.m. Thursday Nov. 15 at the Sheldon Theatre.

Five presenters will provide information on operations, regulations, transport, health and environmental topics and then will be available for questions.
