Wabasha County appears headed for a recount.

Donald Springer defeated District 3 incumbent Merl Norman by four votes, according to unofficial results. The vote was 1,123 to 1,119, with 12 write-ins.

Rich Hall, the District 1 commissioner, was unopposed.
