Adams, Ryan earns City Council seats in Goodhue

John Adams and Leia Ryan both surpassed opponent Joseph Zignego to secure seats on the Goodhue City Council.

Adams collected 382 votes for 42.78 percent of the total, while Ryan received 351 votes for 39.31 percent. Zignego finished with 145 votes, and there were 15 write-in votes.

In the race for Goodhue mayor, Kerry Bien won unopposed with 431 votes (89.05 percent). Fifty-three write-ins totaled 10.95 percent of the vote.
