Keegan David Quinn won the election for Bellechester mayor with 97.67 percent of the vote.

Quinn secured 84 votes in two precincts, one each from Goodhue and Wabasha counties. Two votes were write-ins.
Winning seats on the Bellechester City Council were candidates Paul Reding (73 votes, 41.95 percent) and Richard Majerus (50 votes, 28.74 percent). Reding and Majerus defeated opponents Edith Buck (32 votes, 18.39 percent) and Jo-Lynn Grenfell (18 votes, 10.34 percent).
