NOTICE AND ORDER OF HEARING
ON PETITION FOR INSTRUCTIONS
ON THE ADMINISTRATION OF A
TRUST
It is Ordered and Notice is given that on December 3, 2012 at 9:00 a.m., a hearing will be held in this Court at Red Wing, Minnesota, on a petition for instructions on the administration of a trust instrument (the "Petition") entitled the Earl W. Kruse Trust Agreement, dated November 9, 1999 (the "Trust").
Julie A. Satre (the "Petitioner"), an interested person as a beneficiary of the Trust, filed the Petition.
Pursuant to Minn. Stat. § 501B.18, notice of the hearing shall be given as follows:
(1) by publishing, at least 20 days before the date of the hearing, a copy of this Notice and Order one time in a legal newspaper for the county in which the Petition is filed; and
(2) by mailing, at least 15 days before the date of the hearing, a copy of this Notice and Order to those beneficiaries of the Trust who are known to or reasonably ascertainable by the Petitioner.
