Lake City businesses to host Mummy's Night Out

Lake City welcomes ladies to hit the town Thursday Oct. 25 for an event called “Mummy’s Night Out.” From 5 to 8 p.m., local businesses hold host special activities, serve refreshments, offer discounts and have individual drawings.

Businesses also will participate in a contest to see who has the “witchiest witch.” Women taking part in “Mummy’s Night Out” will receive a ballot and can vote for the business they think has the most deserving witch.

Businesses competing for the title are Shear Wizards, Pumpkinberry Stitches, the Old Bank Bar, Funsway Boutique and Consignment, Serendipity Gallery, Treats and Treasures, Ron Hunt Gallery and Lake Pepin Pearl Button Company.
