I have a feeling that many people are still coming out of this recession. Perhaps I am wrong.
Coming into our city, a visitor might think that we are a very affluent community. A new copper roof on our library?
How many people can afford a copper roof on their porch or house? How many communities can afford a copper roof on their public buildings? What are we doing with our city's money?
