Pasta dinner will benefit 2-year-old

A pasta dinner and silent auction will be at 5 p.m. Saturday Oct. 13 at the Event Center at Schoolhouse Square, 101 10th St. E., Hastings, to benefit 2-year-old Dylan Thompson.

Thompson was recently diagnosed with a rare neurological condition called opsoclonus myoclonus ataxia syndrome.

The event will include a meal, silent auction from 5 to 7 p.m., children’s activities from 6 to 7 p.m., hourly raffles, massage station, music and more. Cost for the meal is $12 for adults and free for children ages 5 and younger.
