Bellechester man arrested after threatening Wal-Mart employees

A Bellechester man was arrested Oct. 1 after allegedly threatening to harm some employees at Wal-Mart, 295 S. Tyler Road.

A Bellechester man was arrested Oct. 1 after allegedly threatening to harm some employees at Wal-Mart, 295 S. Tyler Road.

According to police, Anthony Robert Gaston, 52, sent an email containing the threats to a Red Wing police officer and possibly other people as well. Gaston was subsequently located in Bellechester and arrested on a terroristic threat charge.

Police Chief Tim Sletten said Gaston is a former employee of Wal-Mart.
