Lake City ended a 10-game Hiawatha Valley League losing streak Tuesday with a four-set victory against Winona Cotter in Winona.
The Tigers (3-12, 1-10 HVL) recovered from losing the first set to take the next three, winning 25-27, 25-22, 25-21, 29-27.
Senior Taylor Koller had a team-leading 15 kills and two blocks to lead Lake City. Senior Tiffanie Hoops added 12 kills, one block and four digs, sophomore Bailey Cronin had 38 set assists and senior Sara Schmidt tallied four kills. Sophomore Breanna Gates finished with seven kills.
The Tigers travel to face Rochester Lourdes Thursday.
