The Goodhue County Planning Advisory Commission will meet on Monday, October 15, 2012 at 7:00 p.m. in the Goodhue County Justice Center, Jury Assembly Room, located at 454 West Sixth Street in Red Wing, Minnesota.

Myron and Deborah White for a Preliminary and Final Plat on property located at: T112N, R13W, Part of Section N30, Florence Township. The application, if approved, would authorize: a Preliminary and Final Plat for White Oak Ridge Replat on parcel number 32.250.0090 creating one additional lot by re-platting the existing lot into two within R-1 Residential District in Section N30 of Florence Township.

Discussion:

MXH Rezoning of Welch Village – Parcels in the NW ¼ of the NE ¼ of Section 28 in T113N, R16W, Welch Township. The request is for rezoning of multiple parcels in Welch Village (Eagle Mills) from Residential (R-1) to Mixed Use hamlet (MXH) per Article 25, Section 2, Subdivision 3 of the Goodhue County Zoning Ordinance.
