Notice is hereby given that sealed bids for the services listed below will be received in the office of the City Clerk, 315 West 4th St., Red Wing, MN 55066 until 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, October 25, 2012.

Mechanical System Replacement for the T.B. Sheldon Auditorium Theatre

After tabulation, bids will be presented to the City Council for consideration at their next regular or special meeting. Specifications, bid forms and general instructions for bidders may be obtained from the City of Red Wing's website at www.red-wing.org and by clicking on "Quick Links" then "Project & Equipment Bids". There is a $10.00 non-refundable fee for electronic bid packets. Bid documents may be viewed by appointment at the Public Works Building, 229 Tyler Road North, Red Wing, MN during normal business hours. (651)-388-3674.

A certified check or bidders bond made payable to the City of Red Wing for not less than five percent (5%) of the bid must accompany each bid.

The City of Red Wing reserves the right to reject any and all bids, and to waive any informalities therein, and enter into such contract or contracts as deemed in the best interests of the City of Red Wing. The City Council also reserves the right to adjourn the meeting to a later date for the purpose of further consideration of the bids and taking action thereon.
