Payton Harley Allers, a girl, was born on Friday September 21 to Candace

and Joseph Allers of Red Wing at Mayo Clinic Health System in Red Wing. Payton joins Parker at home. Grandparents are George Huling and Cindy Huling of Crossville, Tenn., and Juanita Allers of Rochester.
