5.Approved the Southeast Collector Right of Way Purchase. (Motion carried 4-1-0)

6.Approved to deny the request for a Conditional Use Permit for Rustic Barn Wedding & Event Venue in Warsaw Township. (Motion carried 5-0)

7.Approved the Mining Committee Appointment . (Motion carried 5-0)

8.Approved the Minnesota State Agency Assistance Resolution . (Motion carried 5-0)

9.Approved to amend the motion on the floor to set the 2013 Preliminary Levy . (Motion carried 3-2-0)

10.Approved the 2013 Preliminary Levy . (Motion carried 3-2-0)

11.Approved the 2013 Preliminary Levy for Southeastern Minnesota Multi County Housing & Redevelopment Authority. (Motion carried 5-0)
