Tour of Hope will start Friday
The 2012 Tour of Hope, a four-day relay walk fundraiser for child abuse prevention and awareness, will start Sept. 28 at Lake Park in Winona.
The 2012 Tour of Hope, a four-day relay walk fundraiser for child abuse prevention and awareness, will start Sept. 28 at Lake Park in Winona. Participants will walk for 14 hours a day in honor of 14 children killed in Minnesota due to child abuse and neglect in 2010.
The goal of the walk is to raise at least $14,000. Proceeds will be donated to Hope Coalition in Red Wing and Matty’s Place in Winona.
