Live well with chronic conditions

Do you know someone with an ongoing health condition? Encourage them to attend the six-week Living Well workshops.

The series begins Monday Oct. 8. For more information or to register, call Mayo Clinic Health System in Red Wing at 651-267-5425.

Gentle Yoga for Seniors

Learn gentle yoga positions and start anytime with certified yoga instructor Michelle Hoffman from 9:45 to 10:45 a.m. Tuesdays. Cost for 6 sessions is $45 for individuals, $80 for couples.

Gentle chair yoga can provide many benefits for conditions like arthritis, diabetes, fibromyalgia, Multiple Sclerosis, Rheumatoid Arthritis, chronic pain and more. Start anytime.

Red Wing Train Club will meet

Visit the Gandy Dancers any Wednesday from 1 to 4 p.m. You will see two layouts: "O" gauge and "HO" gauge. Train enthusiasts of every age are invited.

Seniors Helping Seniors

Seniors Helping Seniors peer support volunteers are skilled and committed to helping other seniors who are experiencing distress. If you need someone to talk to or you know someone who does, contact Robin Wipperling at 651-385-3456.

Cards and games being played

The following games will be played: Scrabble - 1 p.m. Wednesdays; Fun Bridge – 10 a.m. Wednesdays.
