Interested persons are invited to comment on the wireless telecommunications facility proposed to be constructed near 16938 Circle Drive, Welch, MN 55089, with respect to potential effects of the proposed facility on any historic property. The facility will consist of an approximate 199 foot monopole tower and associated equipment.
