Natalia Sylvia Nelson, May 29, 2012 - Sept. 16, 2012.

Survived and will be dearly missed by her loving parents, Zachary Nelson and Brittany Chavez; twin brother, Blaize Nelson; big brother, Tatum Alms; grandparents, Ron and Sue Nelson, Ralph Chavez and Lori Chavez; and aunts, Sarah Nelson and Alex Nelson.

Funeral service 11 a.m. Thursday, Sept. 20, at Grace Lutheran Church, 13655 Round Lake Blvd. NW, Andover, with visitation at church 1 hour prior. Interment Oakwood Cemetery, Red Wing. In lieu of flowers, memorials to U.S. Bank c/o Natalia Sylvia Nelson Memorial Fund, 3990 Main St. NW, Coon Rapids, MN 55448.

Gone yet not forgotten, although we are apart, your spirit lives within me, forever in my heart!
