Chili cook-off will be Sept. 27
United Way of Goodhue, Wabasha & Pierce Counties will hold its annual Chili Cook-off Sept 27 at the Treasure Island Resort & Casino. The doors will open at 5 p.m. and the winners will be announced at 7:45 p.m.
