The Pine Island/Zumbrota-Mazeppa girls soccer team fell for just the second time this season, losing in a 4-0 shutout against Kasson-Mantorville in Hiawatha Valley League play Thursday in Kasson.
“Kasson’s very solid and they play well together,” said Panthers head coach Doug Weincouff. “They distributed the ball very well.”
Now at 1-2 in the HVL and 4-2-2 overall, PIZM plays host Tuesday Plainview-Elgin-Millville on.
